Launch Report for Saturday, September 8th, 2001
(Salvo 5)

Jacques Beauséjours' Estes Skywinder on an Estes C6-3

Jacques' Estes Skywinder took off on a C6-3...

Isabel Deslauriers' Estes Mercury Redstone on an Estes C6-3

Isabel's Estes Mercury Redstone was next on a C6-3 for its first flight if I'm not mistaken.  The flight was beautiful and it even landed just in front of the launch area!

Estes Big Daddy on an Estes D12-5

An Estes Big Daddy was next up on a D12-5...

Anthony Brohan's Estes Viking on an Estes C6-7

Anthony's Estes Viking was up again for another flight on another C6-7.  A fin flew off the rocket on its way up, causing it to start spiraling, but it was still stable.  Again, he got the rocket back.  Although Anthony is one of our younger fliers and this is a small rocket, he probably achieved some of the highest if not the highest altitudes of the day with his Viking flights.

Isabel Deslauriers' Estes Skywinder on an Estes C6-3

Isabel's Estes Skywinder was the next to take off and it made a nice flight on a C6-3 landing well within the recovery area.
