Launch Report for Sunday, November 21st, 1999

I was with my father for this launch which is probably the last one of the year before winter sets in.  The winds were light and coming in from the west which runs parallel to the length of the schoolyard of Howard S. Billings which is where I like to launch.  It was a bit chilly today.

I brought my NCR Command Control launch controller and my beat up Porta Pad 01 (my first of six Estes Porta Pads)

Estes Kadet on an Estes A8-3 for its 2nd flight

I always wanted one of these Estes Kadet's as a kid and I got one off of Ebay and it just arrived today!  It took off on an A8-3 for it's first flight.
