Report for Friday, July 7th, 2000

It was a little on the cloudy side today with light winds coming in out of the north and so at first I chose to launch from the schoolyard of St. Willibrord Elementary School here in Chateauguay, Quebec, Canada. This choice would prove disastrous for some of my rockets since many of them took hard landings on the paved area of the schoolyard before I chose to move to the other side of the fence into the schoolyard of Howard S. Billings Regional High School where the field is all grass.
I brought my NCR Command Control launch controller and my first Estes Porta Pad 01 as well as my camcorder so that I could record every flight.
