The still unpainted Estes Sparrow went up on a 1974 vintage Centuri 1/2A4-5M for its maiden flight. This was my first ever use of a 1/2A4-5M motor. |
This was a very short launch day because of the high winds
and so I was a little disappointed that I couldn't get in some more flights, but
it was fun anyway and I still got to fly a very old rocket from my childhood and
I got to fly an old Centuri 1/2A4-5M for the first time.
