Plusieurs fois par année, les membres se réunissent ensemble pour discuter des affaires de l'association et parler fusées, soit de façon officielle en Assemblée Générale, soit en simple réunion sociale au resto.

Several times a year, our members get together to discuss matters concerning the association, either in an official setting like are General Membership Assemblies, or socially at a nice little restaurant.

If you look closely at the calendar, we've already scheduled many such meetings in advance. On this page, you'll find out how to get to the gathering locations. We hope to see you there soon!

Nous utilisons le cosmodôme strictement pour les Assemblées Générales des membres pour discuter de points importants au niveau de Tripoli-Quebec. Il faut avouer que nous sommes très chanceux d'avoir la chance d'utiliser le Camp Spatial Canadien pour nos réunions!

AVANT LE MEETING
Les détails au sujet de la réunion seront affiché sur le site web et une ronde téléphonique aura lieu durant la semaine avant la réunion. Attendez-vous à recevoir un appel de nous!

DATE & HEURE
Typiquement, les réunions commencent à 13h00 et se terminent à 17h00. Plusieurs membres se réunissent plus tôt pour aller manger ensemble au Café Arianne. Notez que nos réunions sont toujours le weekend.

Aucun frais. Les membres de l'association, les membres potentiels ainsi que leurs invité(e)s sont tous la bienvenue à nos assemblées.

QUOI APPORTER
Si vous désirez vendre ou échanger, discuter de vos expériences, de vos projets et de vos intérèts particuliers: cahiers de notes, documentations, livres, matériel et fusées, etc
NOTE: La tradition veut que chaque membre emporte au moins une fusée!

POUR VOUS RENDRE
Le Cosmodôme est situé en bordure de l'autoroute 15 à Laval, pour vous y rendre:

1) si vous voulez passer par l'autoroute 15, empruntez la sortie 10 en direction du boulevard Saint-Martin ouest et suives les indications du Cosmodôme;

2) si vous passez par l'autoroute 13, empruntez l'autoroute 440 (est) puis l'autoroute 15 sud. Suivez ensuite les directions ci-haut pour l'autoroute 15.

STATIONNEMENT
Stationnement sans restriction à l'avant du Cosmodôme, mais il est préférable de stationner sur la rue, à l'arrière, où se trouve l'entrée du camp spatial.

PRECISION POUR L'ENTREE
La salle Bondar est située du côté des "astronautes" du camp spatial. Les autorités du Cosmodôme nous invitent donc à entrer par la porte du camp spatial située à l'arrière. Nous vous prions de ne pas emprunter l'entrée de l'exposition à l'avant.

We use the cosmodome strictly for our General Membership Assemblies to discuss imortant issues concerning Tripoli-Quebec. We have to admit that we're very lucky to have the chance to use Space Camp Canada as the backdrop for our meetings!

Typically, the meetings start at 13h00 and end around 17h00. Most members get together earlier though to grab a bite to eat at the Café Arianne. Please Note that meetings are always held on the weekend of course!

The room we usually occupy is the Bondar Room, in the Space Camp section.

FEES & WHO'SE INVITED
It's absolutely free. The folks who can come are: members, prospect-members and their guests. All are welcome at our meetings.

WHAT TO BRING
If you want to sell or trade, discuss your experiences, your projects and your particular interests: bring notebooks, documentation, books, rockets and other materials, etc
NOTE: it's a tradition now that each member must bring a rocket at the meeting!

HOW TO GET THERE
The Cosmodome is on the edge of autoroute 15 in the city of Laval, to get there:

1) if you want to come from autoroute 15, take exit #10 direction Saint-Martin Boulevard, then follow the signs that lead all the way to the Cosmodome;

2) if you're using autoroute 13, take autoroute 440 (east) then autoroute 15 (south). Afterwards, simply follow the directions above for autoroute 15.

PARKING
There's unrestricted parking in front of the Cosmodome, but it would be preferable if you parked on the street behind, where the entrance to the Space Camp is.

SOME DETAILS ABOUT THE ENTRANCE
The Bondar room is located on the "astronaut" side of the space camp. The Cosmodome authorities invite us to take the Space Camp entrance at the back of the building. Please use this entrance instead of the front door of the cosmodome where the displays are.
